LNB Commercial Capital is a leader and innovator in the Small Balance Commercial Mortgage market. We are actively seeking Account Managers to grow our 3rd party wholesale origination business. LNB is a fast growing, fast paced company. We operate in a high energy results oriented TEAM environment. The Account Manager will develop and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and other professionals who have the ability or influence to deliver commercial mortgage opportunities to LNB. The position has a very rewarding compensation program that is based on production.
Requirements
The Account Manager will report to the Sales Director and is responsible for individual loan production. This is accomplished by establishing, expanding and maintaining productive professional relationships and meeting minimum activity standards. The Account Manager will solicit and evaluate submissions while maintaining an accurate knowledge of each deal in their active pipeline. You are responsible for coordinating with operations staff and acting as a liaison between LNB and submitting entities to ensure timely and smooth transactions. While this is primarily an inside sales position, the Account Manager will need to display superior presentation and consultative skills over the phone and occasionally in person and represent the LNB opportunity in any forum.
